How does the subscription service work?
With a subscription, customers can receive a shipment of Cloud Chips monthly or two times per month. With a subscription purchase, customers are eligible for 10% off each shipment.
When will I be charged for my subscription and when will it ship?
You will be charged on the same day of the week that you originally signed up, in the two-week or four-week increment you selected for your subscription. Your subscription will ship the day you are charged.
How do I add additional items to my subscription?
You can add additional items to your subscription by logging into your account > clicking Manage Subscriptions > clicking Edit on your Active Subscription(s) > going to the Toss these in... area > hovering over the Cloud Chips image > selecting Add one-time or Add subscription
How do I change my delivery address for my subscription?
Log into your account > click Manage Subscriptions > click Edit for your Active Subscription(s) > click on your shipping and/or billing address > update your address > click Update
How does a customer benefit from a subscription?
With a subscription, customers get 10% off each order, premium-level support, and samples & gifts. Customers can also update or cancel their subscription at any time.
How do I make changes to my subscription?
